Returning Products:
DandyLion is a small, female-owned business, focusing on handmade and small-batch products. We do not offer refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your DandyLion product, or wish to exchange your product, you must initiate the exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Products on sale are final sale only.
If your product appears defective, contact us immediately. Please give us the opportunity to make it right.

Shipping:
DandyLion is committed to providing excellent service and a quick turnaround. We offer free shipping for all full price DandyLion Textiles.
We generally ship UPS and charge a standard shipping rate based on the total merchandise values (see table below).

**Standard Shipping rates do not apply to furniture pieces. All furniture is individually priced based on size and weight.

Lost Packages:
Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package once they are in the hands of our designated mail carrier; therefore, DandyLion is not responsible for any orders that are lost or stolen. We will, however, do our best to help you navigate the claims process to either locate your package or get you a refund.
Gift Cards:
DandyLion gift cards can be sent electronically or via the postal service. There is no expiration date.
